The normal life cycle with moderate traffic and moderate cleaning is between 5-10 years. |

This recessed aluminum entrance mat Pedimat ® has limited corrosion and traffic wear, making it a good candidate for carpet strip replacement. |

Once the Inserts have been removed, the aluminum rails are cleaned to remove the traffic pattern. |

The Inserts are replaced, and the recessed aluminum mat (Pedimat ®) is reinstalled in the recessed entrance. |

The Pedimat ® now refurbished appears and performs as new. |
